If you want to be free, just concentrate on your in-breath and out breath.
The freedom is something we have to train ourselves to have.
When we have freedom, when we’re not overwhelmed by anger or anxiety,
then we can make the determination to practice cultivating this freedom.
When we’re anxious, worried or angry, we can’t make good decisions.
When we’re free we make better decisions.
This freedom is something we can attain whenever we like
with the practice of breathing in mindfulness, walking in mindfulness.
